Impressive set up. But is it all fizzy or do you make a good traditional still cider as well?
Sandfords do every type.
All machines, no people.
They do both, but to keep up with sales demand and produce the quantity they need they have to use machines.
I liked this but would love to know more. Such as do you bottle and barrel condition? do you pasteurise and add CO2 later? do you back sweeten with unfermented apple juice, and why so much fibreglass?
So does cider have alcohol or not the cider here in the USA has no alcohol
Cider in the UK always has alcohol unless specifically stated.
Cider is alcoholic, apple juice is not.
