2 tsp oil
1 bulb garlic
2-3 dried red chilli
1 onion
1/2 cup coconut
Saarige:
Oil 2 tbsp

1 garlic bulb
2 tsp jeera
1 tsp peppercorns
Small ball tamarind
1 tomato
2 tbsp coconut
1/4 cup coriander leaves
1 tbsp sambhar powder
3-4 tbsp of Palya
Salt as required
Tempering
Oil + Curry leaves
