Just got a bottle off of this review. Beast of a fragrance. 1 spray of this on my wrist completely overpowered the 5 sprays of Versace Eros parfum I had on.. the scent remained on my wrist even after a couple of handwashes and a shower.. longevity was well over 24hrs.. nuts!

2:20 perfect way to describe it. Every time someone has it on i cant tell who has it because it comes from everywhere and just drifts thru the air. Usually with like Sauvage or its elixir or strong cologne like cdnim i can tell who has it because its so dense and not as airy!
From what I understand they no longer make the Rouge edition. It was replaced with this one, Ruby. The story was they got sued for making it a clone, but the name, Rouge, was also too close. They ended up changing the name to, Ruby, but it is the same fragrance as Rouge. Also, you should review this whole line. They are all great.
I can attest as I bought the amber oud Rouge first and then the extrait 540 after because I liked it so much, there isn't any difference honestly I can detect, in fact, I tested out them both on some clothing hung on a door and the amber oud lasted longer, not sure that's a good thing because it was 2 almost 3 days for the baccarat and 3+ for the amber oud, might have been longer but I didn't keep checking

Amber Rouge is a 1:1 clone!!! I have the original MFK BKR 540 extrait, no difference! Actually, there is one significant difference, Al haramain amber oud rouge lasts much longer.
The Al haramain amber oud line is amazing, The tabacco edition is a clone of the Tom ford tabacco vanille, The Gold edition is a clone of Herba Pura and it last like 12 hours plus, that my favorite fragrance to go clubing.

I bought this and I am going to be honest: this smells exactly like BR 540 Extrait. That said: 4 sprays and it lasted on my skin close to 36 hours. It became too much and too cloying and I returned it. I couldn’t escape it or wash it off. Had to wait until the smell went away on its own. Even after trying to wash it off my wrists and a shower. You have to really really love this one a lot.
As someone who owns both BKR 540 ex & Al Haramain Amber oud. I can say boldly that the DNA of Haramain is literally 98% the same as the original but BKR 540 definitely out performs the clone. The clone however is a solid alternative.
It's like the new corvette and Ferrari. Yhe corvette is a quarter of the price and when the vette is by itself from a distance it can be mistaken as a Ferrari. When you get them side by side you can tell the difference in craftsmanship and quality. Same here. Spray on each arm you can tell the BR540 side. Quality is better. Smells richer. But the amber oud is still great
This and Tobacco Edition are incredible. I’ve tried some others in the line and they don’t hold up, Emerald Edition is just ok. I’m waiting on Carbon, apparently it’s GIT clone that doesn’t smell as good but lasts longer
I get a huge blast of Oud from Ruby as soon as its sprayed, HUGE Oud blast, not a super sexy Oud either, leans stanky in my opinion but soon after its just magical BR540
I bought this clone, please be aware its very weak and its like you are spraying water. After initial spray it last about 10 second, then it disappears. You have to spray like 10+ spray for it to get to work and its still very subtle. The review is very exaggerated. Which is what got me to purchase

I don’t understand how people are claiming to get such projection and longevity with this fragrance. It lasts all of 30 minutes on me and then it’s gone, and I spray a lot! Sick of wasting my money on these bogus recommendations.
BR540 is known as the easiest fragrance to go noseblind to. Spray a shirt and hang it in your closet. The next day your entire closet will smell like BR540.
Oud rouge was spot on and smelled great…Ruby smells of strong pungent alcohol and an off putting industrial chemical smell..little sweetness in the back, also seems extremely watered down..wouldn’t recommend
I bought both ruby and rouge and did a review on them and you said it exactly. Rube is very much a chemical alcohol bomb with a slight touch of sweetness. Rouge is far superior and blended much better.

definitely does not smell like BR 540 Extrait de Parfum...Sadly, the top notes are really annoying, it do almost a headache not so sexy smooth as the original... for me is trash...:/ , The Dry Down is good, bat not so great as BR 540
The amber oud is a clone of xerjoff erba pura/ kirke tiziana terenzi and the rouge is a clone of MFK baccarat rouge extrait they also have the tobacco edition which’s is a clone of Tom Ford tobacco vanille.
I finally got it but to me it smells like Mancera - Instant Crush with an almond note. I have a sample of 540 extrait that I have sprayed multiple times. This is a clone of Instant Crush. Edit after 3 days of testing it: although after a few days of wearing it , I like it way better than Instant Crush and this one does not leave this crazy strong smell on the clother that I got from IC. I think there is something airy in it. I am still trying to understand will I keep it, but now I think it might be very good
Get the rouge. The ruby is a total miss for a lot of people and I’m starting to see that ALOT of these reviews are paid and they’re not always being honest. The ruby is a strong alcohol scent. Rouge is WAAAAAAAYYYYY better

I heard this Ruby edition replaced older Rouge edition, and some say it got worse after it was renamed to Ruby edition. Doesn't last long as Rouge and smells little darker than Rouge too.
It's not even close to the OG it's has a really synthetic opening and in my honest opinion there are 10 better clones out there. Duas version is way better

I tried this today because of this video. It's a synthetic mess and no where near the real thing. Maybe a slight resemblance in the siage but don't smell it on your skin. Of course the real thing cost way more but I'm my opinion it's worth it. It reminds me more of a Tiziana Terenzi fragrance, Tuttle I think. It was definitely a bottle like that.
Dude you caused yourself olfactory fatigue, it's a very strong fragrance due to the high dose of ambroxan. That's why you couldn't smell it like you wanted to. Both Ambroxan and Iso E Super can easily play disappearing tricks on peoples noses.
This stuff aint it. I dont wanna fuck up anyone’s business, but this really doesn’t smell good. I got mine before even trying the extrait and yes it is similar, but there is something in there that does 2 things. Smells like BO on my skin after it dries down and it also gave me a slight allergic reaction. I returned my bottle. I was kinda over the dna, but than I tried the real deal in perfumery on a trip and man… this stuff is heavenly. I had to get a bottle and its now my signature scent.

well i tried it. Tester 1 spray and it stayed on my wrist for like 6-7 hours

I just got it and sprayed it several times all I smell is the smell of rubbing alcohol
@@j317that’s normal with middle eastern fragrances. Spray it 5-6x and then let it sit for several weeks. It will open up and smell much nicer.

just use it regularly for a few weeks and then let is sit for weeks / months, it should macerate and get stronger with time.

If you didn’t throw your bottle away, go try it again. This stuff is strong but you will go nose blind to it. Try spraying the back of your neck

Get the rouge. The ruby is a total miss for a lot of people and I’m starting to see that ALOT of these reviews are paid and they’re not always being honest. The ruby is a strong alcohol scent. Rouge is WAAAAAAAYYYYY better

90 % close to 540. It’s a beast atleast 12hrs if you don’t want to buy 540 this one will get same results. Compliment beast. Very good clone.

I tried this today because of this video. It's a synthetic mess and no where near the real thing. Maybe a slight resemblance in the siage but don't smell it on your skin. Of course the real thing cost way more but I'm my opinion it's worth it. It reminds me more of a Tiziana Terenzi fragrance, Tuttle I think. It was definitely a bottle like that.

Dude you caused yourself olfactory fatigue, it's a very strong fragrance due to the high dose of ambroxan. That's why you couldn't smell it like you wanted to. Both Ambroxan and Iso E Super can easily play disappearing tricks on peoples noses.

This stuff aint it. I dont wanna fuck up anyone’s business, but this really doesn’t smell good. I got mine before even trying the extrait and yes it is similar, but there is something in there that does 2 things. Smells like BO on my skin after it dries down and it also gave me a slight allergic reaction. I returned my bottle. I was kinda over the dna, but than I tried the real deal in perfumery on a trip and man… this stuff is heavenly. I had to get a bottle and its now my signature scent.
