What is ASMR? / Disclaimer
ASMR stands for Autonomous Sensory Meridian Response. It is defined as: "a feeling of well-being combined with a tingling sensation in the scalp and down the back of the neck, as experienced by some people in response to a specific gentle stimulus, often a particular sound." Often, whispering induces ASMR in the listener. This video is meant to relax you and create the ASMR sensation (if you are susceptible to it.) It is not a replacement for medical treatment. If you are concerned about the quality of your sleep, please contact a medical professional.

This is how I knew what the Asmr is 😂. I Remember that, when I was a child, in church, I heard old ladies praying whispering the Rosary and I fought to not fall asleep! 😂❤

When we all gave peace to each other in hushed whispers. As a child, my eyes were so heavy. Peace be upon you sister.
This was so relaxing. I was reciting Our Father in Spanish. Because I learn the majority of prayers in Spanish. I went to a Spanish Catholic School. But I always know the first sentence of any prayer in English. Regardless Catholic or Christian. Been to both churches. I don't judge. I am very open-minded. But of course. I will recite it in my mind in Spanish. 😅
Not even a minute in and I am crying. Thank you. God bless you. Do you know, this is my first time seeing someone using the rosary? I am so new to faith and this video means so much. Lots of love ❤

Thank you for this calming rosary. I am in a situation that I’ve battled with for years. It’s an internal battle and as it gets closer to a life change in my life, I am becoming anxious and panicked. The rosary is my only answer. 🙏

It was actually a gift from my grandma from when I was about 6 or 7 - she visited Rome and brought back rosaries for me and my mom!
