Lucky Ali, born Maqsood Mahmood Ali on September 19, 1958, is an Indian singer, songwriter, actor, and composer known for his soulful and distinctive voice. He is the son of the legendary Bollywood actor and comedian Mehmood Ali and the nephew of the famous Indian playback singer Talat Mahmood. Lucky Ali's real name is Maqsood Mahmood Ali, and "Lucky" is a nickname given to him by his mother.
Lucky Ali was born in Mumbai, India, and spent his childhood in an artistic environment due to his family's association with the Indian film industry. Despite his privileged background, Lucky Ali spent considerable time away from the glitz and glamour, choosing a life closer to nature.
Lucky Ali's musical journey began in the 1990s when he released his debut album, "Sunoh," in 1996. The album was a massive success and featured some of his most iconic songs, including "O Sanam" and "Dekha Hai Aise Bhi."
