I come back to this video a lot. Love the healthy routines, clearly he's developed them over time and found what works for him. When he pitched that no-hitter for Philly, I thought about this video.
When I played lacrosse in college, I was always jealous of guys who could eat McDonalds and not stretch and come out and be amazing players. I always identified more with guys like Michael -- I would do yoga, eat healthy on top of our morning lifts and workouts. All that to just scrap and find playing time any way I could. Thanks for this video! Important to find routines and a lifestyle that works for you.
