Teacher: *hands out paper to do with NO explaining*
Everyone has to complete the paper with ZERO explaination. The only time she explains is if you ask, but her sucks at explaining.

Why does the line have to pass through 0,0 in order to be proportional?

Because if not then it is off kilter a bit. It can be a linear relationship, but not perfectly proportional. (not sure if that makes sense)

Thank you Mr. Buffington. Here bcz of quarantine. College didn't teach me about math - The professor was nice, but it didn't sink in at the time....Now I need to teach it to my at-home quarantine kiddo and I have to teach it to myself first. His on-line teacher is not teaching. He is in the Advance program and so I think she doesn't think she needs to teach to the "AP" class. Hopefully, he will be at school next semester. Maybe then the teacher will actually teach. I hope!
