Best surgeon in the world. Did a botched surgery that another doctor performed in St.louis around 2010 and wasn't afraid to go in and correct what family of previous doctor didn't want to step up. Two years later I find Dr.Riew and he took pressure of nerve last surgeon did and disk up from that was throwing live spasm in back. That was perfectly fix when I woke. The nerve compression where nerve damage that was done still causes left arm to club and atrophy but not getting worse like it was. No one better in the world listened like he did and truly believe the reason his is the best. Thank you Doctor Reiw for being a doctor you are if you see this.

I think it's pronator teres and not a pronator quadratus syndrome. May be mispeak?

I HAVE to call Dr. Riew TODAY! I am in terrible pain. I would guess that doing electro diagnosis could also help, besides the MRIs ? Is that wrong ? This way, you could identify the source or starting point of the intense pain coming from your spine and also possibly a second nerve compression in the shoulder. Does that make sense?
