18:29- That is possibly a candle holder for mining. I have seen several that look basically identical except for the bend. It is way too light to be a gate post mount. When you put "sea mine" in the title, I was worried. Here in Puget Sound in Washington State a couple of years back we DID have a sea mine float in and it was a bit north of Seattle. A true brown pants moment for some of the folks. (After WW2 we had a lot of them floating in the Gulf of Alaska and off B. C. Canada. The fierce winter storms used to break them loose from the moorings. )

I always feel for the ppl who lose their car keys, if they a are chips the cost could be quite a but lay time my friend lost his key because of the chip he paid over 550.00 for the one key! That's crazy if you ask me!

The small square block with a round hole is a gate pivot it's put in masonry to stop the gate wearing it away
