I have to be honest that's what really scares me about waking up. I want to be fully awake but I'm so scared to go through that "dark night of the soul" period. I've spent so much of my life feeling depressed and alone and I'm finally in a good place and I don't want to have to experience those feelings again but I also want to be awake. It's a really conflicting feeling :(
