If your fabric is loaded, then you have to download Zarchiver app from playstore and open it, then on show hidden file option from zarchiver then go to ANDROID - - > DATA - - > POJAVLAUNCHER - - >.minecraft and then create a folder name with MODS, then you can install mods and copy them and paste in mods section
