IMO reset all is good for newbie, because when you're new player you need normal clone as high as possible for easy clearing early game, after you got alot Tera Bup rein clone or mega rein set 3pcs, you can reset all you previous clon then reach you PF Clone
A question on Ganko Dungeon. I accidentally did the chip one before and notice that was not CB so I'm wondering if there are other data rewards that are not character bound to like the X factors and the Clones boxes.
at ct are the most important yeah but also hp is you're planning to do harder dungeons and block in case you tank colo 40.. ev can be left alone for the most part but is still usefull for some digimons
I perfect 14 AT my Aox but CT was perfect until 7 then I had to rush for 12 CT with imperfect clones. Best to keep them until I have enough material to return to 12 perfect or more?

x factors and clones are indeed cb, idk about the rest tbh

i have my atk clone at 15 but less 123 for pf attack is it worth to reset to get that 123 atk
honestly no, not worth it.. you're good
at what level i need to be clone is it matter i mean can i use all mega reinf digiclones at level 1digimon
clone doesn't need level, but hp clone requires transcendence which needs level 100+
