Yes indeed, well job for spotting this. For the B1 it is quite normal because almost all organ cannot go lower than C2 on the keyboard (there is not enough notes on the keyboard). And for the C2# it is because on old organ (especially 18th century and before) there is no pipes for this note because it is quite low so the pipes are quite big so they are expensive. And as the C2# is not used a lot compared to the C2 or D2 the manufacturers did not include pipes for C2#.
@@yaroslav_kaiuk It depends of the maker of the sample set. The maker can make extended compass for the C# or to extend the pedalboard (for example a 27 notes to the standard 32 notes) however I never saw a sample set which go lower than C2 (except for the french pedals (pédalier à la française)).
