- Parents are looking for some ways to know whether they would be able to get into a government medical college or private medical college or deemed universities. They are looking for someone to tell them that this is the cutoff and you will get a seat or you will not get a seat. They are looking for concrete answers on the possibility of getting a medical seat. Most of the TH-camrs and consultants are also trying to find a way to reasonably predict the possible cutoff this year. This sometimes lead to confusion and set wrong expectations. This video is to clear such doubts that have cropped up recently.

I have not heard about any paper leakage issues in TN. I don't think the increase in 600+ scores is related to the paper leak issue.
Sir, I personally believe that this mischief is propagated by elements interested in capitation fee for the medical seats. There is no capitation fee these days, after NEET, which must be hitting them really hard. Hence all these steps are being taken to try and overthrow the well established process of allotting seats.

There are two sides to it. NTA has certainly made a mess in the grace marks issue, which they could have easily avoided. We need a proper investigation into all the issues that have surfaced this year and strict action needs to be taken against the culprits.
On the other hand, yes, we cannot rule out the hands of coaching centers, private colleges and political parties in the way things are moving now.
Well said. Sir, last yr myself also written in a comment in one of ur video stating that govt should give some insentive to students scoring high to go for AIQ. But it is not appeared it seems. Any way it is important to promote high ranking to go for AIQ by state govt by giving some insentives. Now it is high time to think about this request

If you compare the % of T.N. students getting 600+ with AI % 600+ list for past 4 years T.N. contribute 5% every year.
In regard to it we get 4000 + students above 600 in T.N. out of 80k in AIR who have got 600+

Possible. But, again, its an assumption. There is no guarantee that it will be 5% this year.

In 2019, TN contribution in the 600+ scores was just around 1.8%.
From 2020, its hovering around 4.5% to 5.5%. If that % holds good this year, then we may be looking at 3600-4400 candidates in the 600+ range.

It is better that State wise ranks also released along with All India Rank List by NTA itself to avoid the confusion
NTA does not want to take that responsibility. However, they are ready to share the data with TN DME. But, DME does not want to publish it without verifying the documents.
NTA could publish it as a tentative rank (subject to verification of nativity documents).

After the publication of results of 1563 reneet written students, if the wide disparity in ranking compared to previous years is still persists, many writ petitions will be filed for conducting Re-Neet as this 1563 cases alone is not going to expose other hidden frauds. Supreme court judges must really understand the pain undergone by students from low income group. BJP in every campaign boast of this unique advantage for low income group students, like auto driver's son/daughter, small petty shop owners's son/daughter, peon's son/daugter, scavanger's son/daughter etc. which should not be compromised. In such an event can Maayem file a collective writ petition on behalf of various affected persons?

How much ranks are you expecting to change because of the 1563 candidates? Please accept the fact that more candidates are performing better each year.
You can file a writ petition, but on what basis? There are already so many petitions in the Supreme Court.

Why NTA is not releasing TN ranking???
NTA cannot confirm the nativity/ domicile of students. So, they do not want to create confusion by providing a state rank. If the state rank fluctuates drastically after document verification, we will again see protests at the state level.
However, NTA is willing to share the data with the respective states. It's upto the state to receive them and publish them if needed. AP and Telangana used to publish these tentative state ranks within a few days of NEET results. Tamil Nadu is reluctant to do it.
