I absolutely love your videos. Not only are you a genius with electronics, but you are also very easy to explain how it all works. You will probably be a good teacher in this field in the future. I'm pretty sure your channel is going to get a lot of subscribers. Best regards from Iceland.
Hey guys, if you don't quite understand this video, Part 1 of this series is here: th-cam.com/video/z9_w53lsBAI/w-d-xo.html Make sure you come back and finish this video, though (please) 😁😁😁😁
Almost ordered 😅 [talking the talk] I still *Like* and appreciate your videos, because you show thorough understanding and design, which provide me with unknown uknowns(!), even though I did not learn the boring stuff and the polarity protection activation in the end 😇💪😀✌
Just out of curiosity, you've completely redesigned your reverse polarity circuit with a different IC to what you suggested in an earlier video? Can you please explain the reasoning behind this decision?
@@darrenjcosborne It was essentially me thinking I could make the solution smaller by trying to block current bidirectionally with one N channel MOSFET…. It didn’t go too well lol. The circuit that I showed you in the reverse polarity protection video is completely correct.
why, when hovering over the thumbnail of this vid, TH-cam began playing the entire Bee movie in the thumbnail, sped up? Only once, I tried again and the normal playback preview appeared.
@@adikamalikfajar6976 hmm. TB6612FNG is pretty good and popular, for 2 motors at low current. If you’d like some help on selecting another motor driver other than that, just look at the previous video of this series 😁
Please label terminals that form nets with symbols. It's unnecessarily hard to follow the nets. Also pls use proper supply net names Bat+, vbat_raw - what is that? It also helps to organize the different components into coherent units, not just slap them somewhere (D2...)
Hi, did you watch the full video, or just click on the GitHub or something? I explained what VBAT_RAW and +BATT were in the video: the unprotected and protected battery output respectively. Could you please explain what you are saying a little better? I have used the label 🏷️ tool in KiCad to create the nets, and placed all the components on the PCB optimally.

Good work! As an amateur PCB designer myself, I can appreciate these videos. Thanks! 😊
Thanks 😁

@@sharpfang TH-cam is glitchy sometimes lol 😂 Similar things have happened to me before.
have you another option for the motot driver ic?, very hard to get that in my region:(

@testboga for someone who hasnt published anything on their own channel, i find these kind of comments to be unhelpful. Do better.
