At 4:40 I noticed what looks like a spring loaded gizmo to hold the case in the priming station. It looks like that would make removing the case at that station very easy. Where can I get one? Thanks!!
Hello Jimmy that is actually an OEM part on the RL1100. I did not modify or replace that part. I do believe it differs slightly from what is on the prior machine versions. It does make it easier to remove case from that station.
@@SpartanArmament Ah! OK, my 1050 has a little plastic slider there that makes pulling out the case in that station a PITA! I'll have to adapt that part to my 1050 when it's available. Love your CNC tool head BTW!

With after market toolhead did u have us the s1050 bolt? Thought it was hex head bolt on 1100. An who makes the white plastic part on case feeder plunger
Scott it’s not the aftermarket Toolhead that requires me to use the S1050 bolt and washer. The reason for that is the RL1100 washer that pairs with the hex bolt is far too large and impedes the space needed by the blue vacuum shroud that goes around the base of the trimmer. I worked with Dillon and they admitted to the oversight and sent me the S1050 bolt and washer free. Even with the older bolt and washer I still had to apply heat to the shroud and create an indentation to give the washer space. I suppose I could cut the flat washer but not sure I have the right tools for that.

The white plunger is the stock Dillon Precision part that comes in the 223 Conversion Kit for the RL1100.

What a nice setup! Any mod to the shell plate indexing spring? the the swage/prime bar? dry lube on the primer bar?
NarrowIsThe Gate Thank You Very Much for the kind words! No mods to any of the index or swage system. I actually do not apply any lube onto the primer bar. I looked it up and per the manual there was to be zero oil or grease on it the bar itself. The brass roller on the primer bar does take oil as it rotates on a little bolt and that did have lubrication instructions. I honestly didn’t even consider dry lube thanks for the insight it may work well although not sure which brand to try. Any suggestions?

In his video he mentions tight tolerance for aftermarket head. Possibly reason for purchase
