Direct selling would create disparity in the buyers by some with more money simply demanding for lesser prices than the mandis and hoarding up enough stock at cheap prices to be sold at a determined price. Since the centralised markets will be eliminated farmers would have to go from one buyer to another if the price is not satisfying. But there might not be enough buyers with reasonable price without any over sight or threshold prices. So in the end the poor farmers will be orphans of a system that didnt exist but they were comfortable with. Capitalism is the name for what's awaiting as a result. Crops like wheat and paddy while can be stored in stockpiles for a long term would require the farmers to move them all as quickly as possible so they could invest back again for the next circulation. By this state of seeking out buyers this could delay their reinvestment process by a few months which could lead to them missing out planting crops preparing their lands. and end up having to take debts to keep on doing their work.

Do the indian government instead of centralising land ownership followed the principle of centralising yield. And it worked out okay except for when slowly policies started changing and market economy was introduced into agriculture. The farmers are not vendors who deal other goods and services like say electronics or clothings or pottery.. something like that. They are farmers. They aren't businessmen. The western economy won't fit in for farmers of india as the farmers aren't yet developed yet based on infrarstucte technology economic stability so and so. Contract farming- farmers income are 8000 rupees per month and ambani's income about 9 crore per hour do you believe they will negotiate with farmers and in any dispute farmers can't go in court. It means govt are giving authority to corporate that they can rise the price 100 percent every year. With this they can control the price according to them. Law name essential commodity act.
2. Contract farming- farmers income are 8000 rupees per month and ambani's income about 9 crore per hour do you believe they will negotiate with farmers and in any dispute farmers can't go in court. They can go in sdm and we all know our sdm system
