Don't ever stop taking care of yourself. I often find myself envious of your food challenges, but I never think of the work that it takes to counteract those challenges. I'm on my own path trying to be healthy and can respect the effort it takes. I really enjoy your guy's videos and hope you are keeping healthy.

Hi, I'm Christina I'm 55 years old and I started watching you a few years ago, started watching Katina about 2 years ago. I've been with my childres father since I was 13 years old and I love him dearly to this day. From what I can tell of the 2 of you, you're both very lucky people as you will have each other a very long time. I did see the one where Katina said she had 2 long term relationships where it felt like she was in love but I think you two have found the real deal in each other. Congratulations!! Keep steaming as I love to watch the 2 of you.
Congrats on the progress. I lost some weight myself down to 320. At my heaviest I was 430. But that was in highschool. Been out for 20 years next year so I know what it's like to be "big". As long as I can stay under 350 and keep on the way I am I will be under 300 by the end of the year. Good luck with everything as well.

Great job on your progress! I really enjoy watching you two, you’re both so genuine! I don’t have a basement (or an extra room- two kids), so when I got a treadmill and stationary bike they went to the living room corner so we’d be more likely to use them. It worked! Lol!
What I love about this sexification 2021 voyage is that I'm currently on the same voyage, having lost the exact same amount of weight starting at the exact same weight (400lbs ish) as you. Unlike previous times, I feel much more at ease with my journey, with none of the crazy cravings I used to get whilst still enjoying sexy amounts of proteins and veg when I feel like it. Youre looking f***** fab dude and I stick to my guns you'll be a beast after retirement.
Randy and Katina are kind, which is a reason why I like their videos. This series is informative about what steps to take to treat your body right and keep your mind mentally sharp. I've been watching Randy's videos for a while and I just want to say that it is great that he has a positive attitude because no one wants to see a negative person eat 7lbs of food. Anyway, I hope the nutrition internship goes well for Randy and that hopefully one day he can beat Katina at battleship.
I love that the map is of one of the Past and Future. I am on record, pun intended, from the first video I ever saw of yours Katina noticing the guitar in the background. I never even watched food challenges before you, anyway, as a songwriter I encouraged you to play and share it with us, don't be coy. The aesthetics of the home are great, tables especially.

Congrats on the new house Randy & Katina. A little advice. Hopefully you don’t have this problem. I have had a basement for my house for awhile. You guys should check if your basement is waterproof. Check around your neighborhood if they have had any basement water damage from serious rainstorm. And get ahead on it.

Congratulations Randy!! I need to lose 150 pounds. I'm 77 years old, and boy it is much harder to lose weight now then when I was in my 50's. I have always been overweight and struggled getting the pounds off. I look at how many pounds I need to lose and it is overwhelming to me. So I just keep eating. I 🙄 I had lost 16 pounds, but now I've put 4 of those pounds back on. So aggravated with myself. But I've been watching you and your progress. That is encouraging to me. I listen to your talks about your struggles such as running. Haha I've never jogged or ran. I used to love to walk, even speed walking. But now I have bad knees so that isn't an option now until I have knee replacements. So that's MY story and I'm sticking to it. 🤣😂
I know this is an old post , but I am a new subscriber. Love the eating challenge's. I did a few of my own but never broke any record's ( by far ) - lol. I heard you said Katina was in the Military was wonder what branch. I also served in the military. Love your house , Just bought one myself in Wisconsin. Full moved in but not fully unpacked. My Fiancée is the decorator of our new place and her mom. I just sit back and say ( okay ) drink a beer and play with our new dog we rescued from a shelter. It's more then great watching you both together and remand's us ( of us ) in certain factors. Get healthy and live long.

Hi Randy, so proud of your fantastic accomplishment so far! You definitely look thinner. Your house looks lovely. The kitchen is gorgeous. It is good you have a finished basement for all of your equipment and office. I no longer have a black Dodge Charger. I have a Toyota Corolla loaner car. Three months and my mouse eaten car isn't done.
This is all very inspirational. Glad to see things working out so well. One long-term consideration as you contemplate more running, biking is so much easier on your knees.

My Fiancée is the decorator of our new place and her mom. I just sit back and say ( okay ) drink a beer and play with our new dog we rescued from a shelter. It's more then great watching you both together and remand's us ( of us ) in certain factors. Get healthy and live long.

Nice place and love the basement . Here in the south basements are hard to find which is crazy because they are a cooler space .Has a lot to do with water table and such

Hi Randy, so proud of your fantastic accomplishment so far! You definitely look thinner. Your house looks lovely. The kitchen is gorgeous. It is good you have a finished basement for all of your equipment and office. I no longer have a black Dodge Charger. I have a Toyota Corolla loaner car. Three months and my mouse eaten car isn't done.
This is all very inspirational. Glad to see things working out so well. One long-term consideration as you contemplate more running, biking is so much easier on your knees.

I hope you get to your goal Randy! I started my fitness journey just over 1.5 years ago.. currently in my natural lull but still going once/ twice a week. Keeping up contact time in the lulls and maintaining consistency is key. Good luck buddy!
