I need a covered Q shed, and hopefully will get that done this year. The wife says my kettles, WSM, and griddle are just not working for her on the pool deck. Lol.

Still haven't done a specific video on my Cascade cooker, but it's coming...will be cooking a brisket and pork belly on her this 4th of July weekend and that'll be a video for sure.
