Im not from spain, but does this mean the new stadium wont be completed any time soon (10 yrs)?

last thing i read was, Peter Lim tries to sell Mestalla first, if he succeeds the new Stadium will be finished earlier, if not he will pay himself for all of it to finish the new stadium before the club celebrates his 100 years (2019).

Thanks for the detailed insight. I will miss the Mestalla and its beautiful upper ranks, but I'm excited about the new one at the same time. Go Valencia
