Clearly step one is what I like to call FP&C or Financial Planning & Controls focused on ensuring clean accounting data and working towards a database (Data Lake from your other video) as the single source of truth. Beyond that, I'd love to get your take from evangelizing and building the FP&A constituency across the organization to introducing proper budgeting processes, etc.
