What's the issue honestly? People with money bought land and farmers sold, except for the one immoral thing where a person and family involved in temple movement bought land at a cheap rate and sold at exorbitant money. What's the other controversy here? this is usual in our immoral country. I was told all the land was bought by Gujarati business men , but it seems not the case here, diverse people seem to own the land. Also, its a simple concept. When large number of people are expected to visit a newly developed place, people need hotels, restaurants, businesses of various other services. Who will start such business ? The ones with money. Not ordinary farmers. They neither have money to start building and business, nor have required business talents. So they sell land at premium and buy more land elsewhere.
Stop selling poverty porn.. if you want help farmers be ready to pay more for food goods. I am a farmer of commercial produce. I know how much returns there is in food crop production farming. . Farmers without land a.k.a farm labourers do not have any title to the land. They can always go to work in other farms or do other labour professions. Owner farmers sell off land. Today nobody wants to farm. All farmers sons and daughters want City job they go to colleges. Nobody wants to go back to Village because of low income. If you have so much concern for farmers , do something about doubling farmers income.

The land could have been used to setup farmers market where road side sellers can set up their shops. Instead of allowing riches to buy land, the land could have been bought by government to open public hospitals and academic institutes. Since I am a city middle class folk, I do not know if farmers need hospitals or education. Maybe being a farmer you know better.
Lastly, you said road side sellers do not have any title or rights. You should know about Street Vendors Act, 2014. Clearly being old does not mean someone has logic and wisdom.

It is very normal for states from North East to buy plots in metropolitan cities and build houses like assam bhavan etc. These is for use for people from their states for people who come education, medical reasons or tourism. Its a help in cities where accommodation is costly.

We are living beside the Ayodhya Dham station, Our land is being taken by Railway and We will be homeless after 1 Month. As sir mentioned circle rate has not been changed. We probably will get compensation which might not be sufficient to even rent a house for few years in Ayodhya.

Clear Govt of UP involvement. Why was circle rate not increased for 6 years, even after knowing that A major Temple is coming up there. Why is IT department not offering 10% premium over paid price and buying up the land, and auctioning it. All black money paid will be lost to the buyer.

अजय सिंह के भाई कृष्ण कुमार सिंह और भतीजे सिद्धार्थ ने मंदिर से 8 किलोमीटर दूर महेशपुर (गोंडा) में 0.455 हेक्टेयर “कृषि” भूमि 2023 में 37 लाख रुपये में खरीदी। यह जमीन पार्क व्यू फ्लैट्स प्राइवेट लिमिटेड के नाम पर खरीदी गई, जिसके सिद्धार्थ निदेशक हैं।
