PERSPECTIVE: Tesla Model S is $80 to 100k makbe $65 to 75k as competition gets fierce. Top of the line Can-Am 4w ATV Maverick Sport is $20k. Nothin's free. It all depends on your use, desire, budget, & payoff duration. Btw: BMW stands for Break My Wallet.
I would love an electric pickup, especially with good clearance and off-road capability yet with car type handling. Unfortunately just lost the ability to pay for one. Oh well - one can dream.😅
if people would actually read what these cars can do and what gives the car the ability to do what they do they might think the price is more reasonable
I would consider an electric truck with a range of 700 miles. The issue that I have with anything EV is emissions. Just because the vehicle doesn't produce any greenhouse gases, doesn't mean power plants won't be required to produce more greenhouse gases. And now, imagine if everyone had an EV. Infrastructure before product availability.
Like all e/v tech but need complete solar or other off grid recharge system. Electric power cannot push 3 ton Cadillac far , must keep weight down as in aviation or bicycles.

Why do they only add cool new features to EV's lol. Love the tech, hate the limitations of EV. Perfect for a commuter who needs a truck for a little yard work. But can't tow and travel for non-local camping and off-road weekends don't work when you cant recharge. As long as travel is not needed they are awesome, lol.

You can stick all the freaking car tires you want on an airplane. that's not any type of futuristic. It's just silly, really. The propeller shouldn't even be around anymore. Tires should be long gone. Need I remind you people, it's 2023!!!!
"30 Cool Vehicle Inventions Changing how we Travel" - who is "WE" in this collection? considering that the majority of options is in the mid and high 6 digit and solid 7 digit price range! 🤣 also, who actually really needs all that crap? seeing a header like that, i would expect sth like cool, lightweight, superior range vehicles with sane hp/ kw creating fun or being (yeah well) useful. don't get me wrong! i like driving and speed and fun combining it - i get that out of my porsche 356 with little over 70hp and not tipping the scale into the tons area. most of the vehicles here replace driving fun with tank-like features and an electronic backbone to offset the drivers incapability. nothing to do with driving for fun and sure not how i want my ways to travel changing to! just crap... can't afford a porsche 356 (understandable this days) - get a mazda miata, nearly twice the hp of the porsche, just as much fun to drive and can be picked up for a couple thousand bucks easily.

Thundertruck was pretty cool as was the Neuron EV, the Leahjet was unique but I prefer other options for the money
