Thanks for watching and subscribing , the 900 is a great machine now I’ve got used to it a bit more, from when I did that video, any questions don’t hesitate to ask 🤠🤠
Mine continuously chatter and acted erratically no matter what I did. I sent it to the minelab repair facility and they stated it and the coils were good but when it came back it acted the same. Never had any problems with the nox 800 should have kept it, maybe it’s a firmware issue. It’s up to you but I believe I will buy a Xperia Deus. Good luck
I think on smallish targets that are deep the compactness of the soil helps transfer the signal up into the coil, where once you’ve created a hole you lose some of the depth that you get when it’s more compact , thanks for watching
It is lighter than the 800 but not noticeable really , I think the design of the handle makes it feel easier to swing The headphones are wireless Thanks for watching 🙏
Hi diggers. New to your channel. And I upgraded to a 900 from a 800, what's your thoughts on the vdi numbers?? Mine seems erratic compared to the 800. I know you mentioned the field 1 and iron bias and recovery at 5, have you tweaked anything else??
Hi there thanks for watching. In answer to your question I think the fact they’ve increased the numbers on the vdi plays some impact with them bouncing round a bit more , with odd shaped items and mineralisation of the soil , To be fair I only use vdi for a visual but don’t rely on it , everything that sounds good I dig , not really tweaked anything else much just set it up like SIDS on England’s History TH-cam Channel

Thank you and hopefully you will be happy with your new machine @geraldmessier9495
why did the signal go after removing soil?
