- Piano cover of the epic song "Recharging the Void" from the album Terminal Redux by the Sci-Fi thrash band, Vektor. They are an awesome band that deserves more recognition.
As per usual, Garageband cannot change time signature between songs, so I changed odd time signatures to 4/4 where applicable. Sections in 3/4 do not line up with the bar lines in Garageband.
David is a genius
Yeah... these guys are incredible. Intense composition, chords and bueatiful part in the middle. Don´t know why these guys don´t have the recognition they deserve.
This song translates exceptionally well into the piano. I'm not sure if it's because of the jazz chords, the rhythms or the slow and dreamy part of the song or a combination of all mentioned. Vektor are true musical geniuses \m/
my god this sounds so DRAMATIC i'm almost in tears right now that's beautiful
11:11 I knew that would sound good in piano. It's such a good part of the entire album.
That moment when TH-cam finally starts recommending videos with under 100k views
*Holy sheeeeeeeet*
Nice cover, hope you do more
The interlude is so cute 😍
Wow!!! This is awesome. Keep posting!
I swear this can be used in an RPG game.
SERIOUSLY!!!!!!
Actually reminds me a lot of Falcom Sound Team jdk - The Azure Arbitrator
This is an excellent piano cover of this song!
I hope you don't mind me asking, but do you have a MIDI version of this song available for download? I'd like to learn how to play this amazing cover using Synthesia.
Unfortunately, there is no easy way to convert GarageBand files into midi, but I would highly suggest learning to read sheet music if you've got a lasting interest in playing piano
You are absolutely correct in that it's important to learn to read sheet music, I've just never been very good at it, lol. Thanks for replying anyway.
What a hero you are!
great work ..
What program plays the notes like that? This is cool
The program is Garageband
12:25 I really wish you didn't make them sort of like single notes (in osu! terms), I wanted to hear a stream (in osu! terms) of notes.
Great work anyway, lovely to hear it.
Can you share the Garageband file please? I love the cover
Holy shit
