Hi, I would disagree that the average pvper is around tier 4 tier 5 cause, I have been playing on legacy and I am a ht4 myself and like I can win 9/10 or 8/10 games there. I'm not trying to show off or anything but that's just how it goes there probs I think the average is like low tier 5 and not even close to tier 4.
