For any reason the sound is not clear of your videos. Sometimes it gets difficult to understand what you are saying. Except that I found your class is really helpful.
Great video. I have one question though, how come heavy Ne atoms gets excited by light He atom ? And eventhough the energy levels are at same level, does not it means Ne atoms will also require same amount of energy to gets excited because obv He atoms will only dissipate energy equivalent to what they have absorbed as a result of exvitation.
@@EngineeringPhysicsbySanjiv I wasn't aware of that. Thank you for your reply. This link confirms what you say: www.rp-photonics.com/wall_plug_efficiency.html
It is just the lack of efficient processes for depopulating a certain level. For example, spontaneous emission may be prohibited by selection rules, i.e., by certain symmetries of wavefunctions.
spontaneous emission results into releasing the energy in the form of a photon, which is emitted in a random direction and does not contribute in light amplification.
Thank you sir, u gave a very comfortable class sir . I think all the people who see this will understand very quickly including me....
Most welcome.. and best luck..👍
Hi sir your videos are really helpful to me in my preparation
Thank you sir
Thanks
Sir you explain in such manner that all concept are easily cleared
Thank you for the complement..
Simple and perfect explanation sir 👌
Thank you so much!
Most welcome.. Glad it helped you 🙂
I passed my semester exams because i watched your videos
best video for understanding He Ne laser action.. Thank you
Thanks🙏

Sound is clear but pronunciation is different..
I like your lucid way of explanation.
Thanks.. please share with ur friends also
Thank you sir ❤ I am really looking for such type of explanation thanks again😁
Very well explained
Greetings from germany
Thanks a lot.. keep watching..
thanks sir🥰🥰 It's so helpfull in exam time😍🥰😇😇🤗🤗
Well explained all the topics👏. Thank you sir.

I always think that lasers are useful (too) because of the energy they create. But how much is the net gain?
Energy is not created. It is converted from one form to other. The efficiency of laser is very low..
@@EngineeringPhysicsbySanjiv I wasn't aware of that. Thank you for your reply.

Very well explained thank you very much sir for this video 😀
Thank you
Very well explained sir
Thank you..
Explanation 🔥🔥
Thank you..
OP explaination sir, many many thanks sir 👌👌
Most welcome..
Well explained sir👏👏
Amazing sir!
Thanks a lot!
Excellent explanation sir
Best explanation 😊
Thanks a lot 😊
Well demonstrated 😊
Thank you
Excellent explanation sir!🙂
Keep watching
i shared you links to my college group because you are stunning
Why metastable state has more life time than other excited state?
It is just the lack of efficient processes for depopulating a certain level. For example, spontaneous emission may be prohibited by selection rules, i.e., by certain symmetries of wavefunctions.
@@EngineeringPhysicsbySanjiv thanks sir ,God bless you
Great video. I am curious what would happen if partially reflecting mirror is replaced by a plane glass?
Then photons wont be reflected back, all photons will be transmitted and amplification will stop. So laser beam will not be intense..
thanks sir It's so hepfull in exam time🥰🥰😍😍🤗🤗😇😇😇😇😇🙂🙂😊😊😊
Thank you sir, also make a video on Nicole prism sir
Noted.. will try..
@@EngineeringPhysicsbySanjiv thank you sir
why is he:ne ratio 10:1 it can be more for better laser?
thank you so much sir !!
Most welcome.. share with friends also..
Not admitted in somaiya college but getting benefit wow thats amazing
Sir make a video on Ruby laser if possible...
will try to upload
Thanks a lot
Welcome
Sir pls do raman spectroscopy classes
will definitely try..
Ok sir
sir ruby laser per video bna dijie

when spontaneous emission takes place between E3 to E2 in Ne atom, then what is the role of emitted photon.
spontaneous emission results into releasing the energy in the form of a photon, which is emitted in a random direction and does not contribute in light amplification.
@@EngineeringPhysicsbySanjiv Thank you Sir. That means photons emitted due to transition between E3 to E2 are incoherent.

Which university? Can you share me the notes shared by your teacher on engineeringphysicsbysanjiv@gmail.com
Its 5 level laser system, not 4 level
