the perfect recepie of dougnuts :
ingridents :
one cup luck warm milk
3 table spoons suger
1 table spoon yeast
pinch of salt
one egg
2 table spoons melted butter
vanilla essence
mayda
in one big bowl put all the ingridents in milk and wait 2 minutes for the yeast to puff
now add maida slowely kneeding till it comes to dough shape
cover it in warm place and let it be double in size
after one or two hours the dough will raise and be double in size
now take the dough on clean surface ..roll it little bit in rectangule shape ..not very thin ...let it be thick
cut doughnut shaps with glass and make the inner hole with any small bottle lid
let the doughnuts raise again for 15 minutes ...now when they become puffy again ..fry them in medume heat oil ...you ll taste the best light fluffy dougnuts ...and thanm me later

For making donuts dough first leave the dough air tight for minimum one hour. After that when you'll start making shape do remember take a little amount of dough and then start flatten it so it may not feel heavy while eating or holding.

Hi Saba, just to let you know , I love your vlogs and your loving family.
My easiest Doughnut recipe is:-
To every 1 cup self-raising flour add enough plain unflavoured yoghurt (dahi) & 1 fourth teaspoon vanilla essence to make a soft dough. Then roll out and cut into doughnut shapes and fry both sides . Drain well and keep on absorbent tissue paper. If you do not have self-raising flour , then to every cup of cake flour add 1 and 1/2 teaspoon baking powder and 1/2 teaspoon salt mix well.
You can then dip fried doughnuts in topping of your choice or roll in cinnamon sugar then enjoy.

U have to give time to yeast to get activated and the flour has to be left for a few hours to rise...make donuts after the flour is double it's shape...ur donuts will be lighter

Riza ka paper hai 10th ka
Hi saba and riza, yeast activates only when the milk is warm, too much sugar will also kill the yeast. After adding yeast to warm milk and sugar, cover and rest for 15 minutes, after that you will see it has risen, if not, do not use it. Also you need to knead the dough for 10 minutes and rest it for an hour again knead and rest and then shape them and fry. Hope my suggestion helps. Donut recipe (Do try this fool proof recipe it is)
Maida - 4 1/2 cup or 500 gm
Water - 200ml
Milk - 100ml
Yeast - 2 1/2tsp
Oil - 5 tbsp
Icing sugar - 6tbsp
Salt - 1 1/2tsp
Granulated sugar - 1tbsp
Dissolve yeast in lukewarm water (it should not be hot) with 1 tbsp of granulated sugar and keep it in warm place for 10 minutes. Meanwhile shift the flour and add everything in it and knead to a smooth dough with the yeast water which we kept aside. Keep it in a big bowl for two hours covered with cling film till it becomes double in size.. Dust the counter with flour and punch the dough. Divide into two parts. Make the ball softly(do not overdo) roll with rolling pin (1/2 inch thickness) cut with donut cutter. Keep it again for proofing for 30to40 minutes. Deep fry in oil @medium to slow flame. And dust with powdered sugar or dip in ganache or melted chocolate and decorate with sprinkle.
