P/S above 1 does NOT mean it's over valued at all..P/S or P/E make sense only when compared with industry peers. They can be as high as 15 still undervalued.

The company can be undervalued or overvalued when compared to its peer within the industry. This is helpful to determine which stocks in more profitable in the long run.
Well undervalued compines has a chance of having a higher price so it will be great if you bought them before it blows up,if the company is overvalued that means the price of the stock has a big chance of going down so you may go short or search for another company.

It depende it is for sure that they have a massive financial risk. But most tech companies had this issue as well it doesn’t mean that it will crash if it has a business model which is able to expand in the future . But if they cant sell their product in situations like the corona pandemie then they cant pay their interests what could trigger a bankruptcy.
