    I'm writing AI code to this. It's trippy how listening to software on my hardware is helping my bioware create more software that mimics our own.

    I really love this one - not just the 40hz (which really help my stay focused for studying), I prefer this music with its gently uplifting melody to some of the boring ambient sound tracks out there. thanks!

    A study has shown playing 40hz whilst in REM sleep induces lucid dreams in 77% of participants without any prior lucid dreaming experience. I am trying playing this track after 5 hours or so of sleep. This should make going back into REM sleep quicker and easier and see if the track makes lucidity occur. Please try and post results.

    After i finished listening to it i just felt asleep like a dead man. I usually do that listening to delta or theta waves, i'm not sure why this works the way it works. But it's definitely good to know the effect, so i dont listen to it and then fall asleep in the middle of exam or something like that lol

    Increased memory recall (the 40 Hz frequency is known to regulate memory processing); people with high gamma activity have exceptionally vivid and rapid memory recall.
    Increased sensory perception. Senses are heightened when the brain produces gamma waves. Food tastes better; vision and hearing sharpen; sense of smell becomes more powerful; and your brain becomes far more sensitive to all sensory input. This makes for a much richer sensory experience and a better perception of reality.

    This is a very exciting video, I also listen to moon river a lot also. I know once I was invited to join the banana Republic but believe it or not there were no monkeys there so I turn down the membership. Thank heavens. I try to get as much learning as I can but I am not the same as most people and being a messenger from God I usually have my hands full as it is. Michael is usually always after me to keep me on track but lately he has so much to do that he rarely comes around anymore but he constantly watches me.

    Hi. Some researchers say that isochronic beats have better effect than binaurals. Are they wrong? Thanks.

    • @PetterKrWiik
      @PetterKrWiik 7 ปีที่แล้ว +3

      Isochronic tones works faster and more specific than binaural beats, but binaural beats will cover the more basic aspects of the brain. Keep in mind that you need to listen to a binaural beat for at least 7 minutes undisturbed and with headphones for it to work correctly. I recommend using videos that have both binaural and isochronic combined
