I just saw these on her channel and thought "wow who paid 1000! 😯 I should have guessed you would buy something so extra Evie your amazing! 😂🥰 These take hourrrrrrrrrrs maybe days! So when u break it down to an hourly rate, you understand why these are so luxurious! 😊 👑💜

For 1k they could have upgraded the packaging a bit. Lol 😂 I've seen $70 nail sets that come in a velveteen plush material lined, padded, decorated box. Gorgeous nails though!

I know. I'm not impressed! And, there's no extras nor a coupon code along with the nails not fitting so as to have the heart of the ocean on the right hand.

For $1,000 I would want them delivered by unicorns pulling a crystal carriage, and the packaging would have to be made by Louis Vuitton 😂😂
1000 isn't that much for 4 miniature portraits, if they were on canvas instead of nails. she has so much talant. for me it's far outside my budget but if i didn't have to worry about the cost i'd love a set.

Plus that “slight oversight”would’ve actually pissed me off smh… if I’m spending $1000+++ on a nail set and you get my characters backwards I’d be heated. Not everyone would’ve been in a position where it would’ve worked out.

@@Aelea I totally understand what is being purchased. I have been doing my own nails since I was in 11th grade. I am now 65 years old. If I purchase a lux item I expect it to arrive packaged as a lux item i s all i'm saying. Think Tiffany. They have their iconic packaging. Just as all high end bags. Would you not prefer your high end items to come packaged as such? This can be done at very little cost. Correct on your part, she is not buying press-on from Sally's. I wouldn't want them packaged as if they were either.

These nails are meant to be kept and shelved. It should come in packaging that displays these nails nicely and can be put on display even.
@@AeleaI’ve spent $89 on a set and the packaging was still 1000% better than the $1,000 nail set package. If I’m spending what could be someone’s rent on a nail set, I’d want the nails to be packaged well 1. Because the price tag and 2. So they don’t get damaged in transit. They came in a flimsy cheap cardboard box. All it takes is 1 ups worker who doesn’t care to crush it.
I'm a titanic fan as well. Those nails are absolutely gorgeous, but no way on earth could I ever spend that kinda money on nails.

Beautiful nails. I don’t think it was a slight oversight. They were designed to go on the opposite hands (exactly how they were placed in packaging with cuticle facing you, which is why you have to measure both hands specifically). Because you switched them is why the portraits were facing opposite directions. Either way glad you were able to make it work.

Only thing I’ll recommend is a better box for these pressies. That’s a lot of $$ and these mail carriers don’t take care of packages.
i was a mail carrier, half the time i got packages already torn up from the machines that sort them . especially when they are light weight packages they get stuck on the belts sadly .

From throwing, to dropping it behind the truck when sorting, & to bending items for it to fit in the mailbox when it clearly doesn’t. All in all, for this specific package, $1000 for that type of packaging & pressies box would’ve made me turn my face up.

That’s why it shocks me when people are like that’s too much. Like if you can’t afford it that’s okay I understand I couldn’t even think about that rn but I’m not gonna make them feel like crap or tell them to stop making their nail’s because I can’t afford them. People seem to forget they’re a luxury lol, these types of nails are very impressive!!

Yeesh that price tag is a lil steep for me but you can't deny the artistry it took to make these nails. I'm a PreK teacher and I have to paint/draw for my classroom decorations and my eyes feel like they be crossing every now and then. I can't imagine trying to focus on something so small as a nail

@@Creationsbybrii no they were meant to be worn exactly like the package when you have the cuticle facing towards you the only reason they were looking in the opposite directions was because she changed which hands they were on to make sure the heart wasnt on her main use hand
The nails were backwards because you put them on the wrong hands 😂. I love that the sizes were close enough to switch up as you wish though. I am loving how much joy you’re feeling 🥰

Im sorry i love this channel but $ 1000 for press on nails is ridiculous . what if 1 nail falls off and you loose it. You automatically loose $100. This sounds crazy and i will definitely pass on this one especially in 2023 with inflation on the rise sounds like a waste.

What actually i think bothers me is a) they could have splurged a little and threw in more than one sticker for the cost and B) included something better than the cheap ali express double sided tape stickers lol

Beautiful set. I think the switch up was because you chose to put the nails on the opposite hand that it was made for. Because had you swap the sets it would've had the pictures in the correct orientation. But you worked it out! And I love Titanic!

I love and been working on hand painted art for almost a year (im not licensed i judt love nails) and the talent and time that goes into this art form is under appreciated. It can take me 6 hrs on one hand! I actually follow her and hope to get even half as good as her. You are an inspiration to many !

Beautiful! FYI…if you put the dishwasher pod in the bottom of the dishwasher vs in the compartment you’re dishes will come out cleaner with less spots. We stared doing this at the recommendation of someone and it works really well!

So ur telling me that just 4 portrait nails was 1009.00 and then u had to pay extra the the lil design on the other 6 nails plus the price for the bling? That's stoopid crazy...if ur paying 1009.00 (which is insane on it's own for nails, but do u sweetie, its ur money) then that price should include the designs on the other nails!!! Just my opinion!

Dope nails, but my question is how are you cool with nails being designed on wrong fingers , and quality of packaging they were mailed in / displayed on for $1100.???? I’m a professional in beauty industry and I would never mail my client product in that quality who paid me $1100 . Just food for thought. Mind you the supplies to make all $ten dollar-ish, packaging $one dollar-ish. 👉🏽ball pit / maker of nails -invested PENNIES on the DOLLAR!!! Shame on BALL-PIT

Donate the cups someone can use them a woman’s shelter or somewhere & PayPal and EBay has a buyer protection I’ve had to do it very simple 💙
So I just did my first acrylic set and it's so simple however.... Can you possibly do a video on filing because I struggled so hard figuring out what bits are for what and it looking lumpy and bumpy
I'm sure she has a bunch of old videos on filing but if you can't find any here on her channel, Young Nails also does good tutorials that explain what different bits do & tips for acrylic. Hope this helps & congrats on your first set!

No way in the world, I would spend that on nails. That's a mortgage. People are saying it's like having a portrait you would buy for home. It most certainly is not. There is a difference in having a painting in your house and some nails that will get destroyed or pop off and you lose it. 😊

Yes, that's one downside to using sticky tabs, it makes your press on nails slide around and you can't really use your nails as tools, the way you used to vs if they were glued on.
If you still have those cups, I will gladly take them. You won't have to throw them away.

But for a 1000 dollars the first thing that I notice is the stone and the little stones at the top are not really straight. 😝 not being a Debbie downer so don’t come for me. I’m a huge titanic fan also, I love how they captured both scenes . How the the red hand accent nails actually looks likes rosé’s embroidered dress . How when and on the other hand the accent nails is the exact same color as the sky when they first kissed. One of my favorite scenes when they were standing in the front of the ship, in the wind tangling their fingers together omg 🤤

Oh my goshhhhh! I am in love with these nails! I wouldn't take them off. Titanic is my favorite movie as well! I have 2 mudskippers and they are named Jack and Rose. I couldn't help it, I had to name them that 😂 I love when they're both chillin on their piece of cork floating in their tank because I'll play out the famous door in the ocean scene in my head 😂 I can not believe I just admitted that to the internet hahahaha

as an artist (digital illustration and animation, not nails), I’m always extremely impressed at how nail artists can manage to paint SO well and detailed on such a curved, tiny canvas- it blows my mind. and with digital art commissions often being hundreds of dollars, I personally do not think this is an unreasonable price at all especially for this level of quality. however I understand that viewing these as mini art pieces vs viewing them as just a set of fancy nails can lead to very different perspectives on pricing.
Wow, these nails are amazing! Titanic was one of my husband's favorite movies, which was funny cuz he was a tattooed punk rocker and definitely not the movie's target demographic😅 He passed unexpectedly 4 years ago and I still haven't been able to watch it again without him
I totally agree. How you gonna spend team effort and jewels and priced at $1000 and you gonna throw em in a bag? We know you are big on packing aesthetic as well. Nails are beautiful and well planned and executed but failed on the packing IMO.
