For me rui costa is a beast, I had him ages ago and rebrought him at cam, very underrated, great passing, is strong can body defenders and bangs them in. Super cheap
Having got him a few months out of icon pick, he feels great on the ball has his own animations that give him that little extra. Also hes always the right place when making an interception.
Imo u should talk about the elite icons more instead of just throwing them in the tier list. Like a little word on their weaknesses for example won’t hurt. Just a suggestion because u usually talk loads about the dead players that no one uses like pires and shearer in this video for example
I would switch Owen and Rush. Owen is shorter and has 94 ig dribbling (+7 compared to Rush's 87) and he definitely dribbles better, not the other way around. Other than that, they are very similar

Moments Torres feels better than most of the strikers and he has better G/A than R9 for me. Use him and you will see what I mean! I have both Torres and R9 and R9 is in the bench

If you haven't used Baresi he is actually pretty decent and should be on the level of Blanc and Cannavaro. Also, I think Owen maybe deserves to be a C tier.
