Sir, thank you for this benevolance. I have a doubt in the exceptions to equality, in point numbers 2, 3 and 4 i.e. article 361-A, 105 and 194. The concept of these articles is clear, however I am not able to establish how they pose an exception to equality. It would be nice if you could, may be with an example as you always do, explain how these articles lead to unequal treatments.
The expression ‘equality before law’ is a negative concept because the State has a duty to abstain from doing any act which is discriminatory in nature.
