Ik, I used to love watching baseball, but when I started watching the wcws and watching ou like every day, baseball just seems boring now, softball is so much more intriguing
These young women play with so much heart and they are so fun to watch! I have only been into ladies softball for a few years now, but womens college softball is the best womens sport. Period.
G was a stud too.. without the last two games she threw we wouldn't have won I don't think.. and G helped the win over JMU too.. so I think she's a beast and without her the offense wouldn't be enough.. not in the world series.. I agree alo and donihoo are studs but so I jayda and kenzie hanson lol and Mendes.

My Niece will be a senior in High School This coming school year, she's a BEAST when it comes to playing softball (Tennessee Lady Hawks) I have no doubt she'll be playing at this level in the coming years.
My favorite part of OU's 5th natty? They knocked off the defending nat'l champ and went on to win the whole thing. Oh, that's right. Florida State was the nat'l champ the year before UCLA. Coach Gasso deserves just as much of the credit, if not more, than these young women who were on the field.
I couldn't believe the size of the crowd. I know it's a playoff game but the attendance is becoming incredible. I would not want to be the Sooners opponent in a situation like Florida state was in just trying to stop the bleeding.
All 3 plays were definitely tough. Perhaps, she could try playing shallower to cut off the angles and/or charge the high bouncing choppers before the ball gets too high? I know it's easier to field a chopper on its way down, but in this case, by the time the ball came down, she didn't have time to set her feet to throw out the runner.
@@SO-jp6gh you can’t do that at this level of softball because then she doesn’t have as much coverage and it takes away the possibility of making plays in the gap. Also she hurt herself the night before so that might have contributed to those plays.
A Women's Professional Softball League should be formed to continue to showcase their talents and play out their dreams further . I truly believe it'll work out just as much as MLB

Some of the plays I've seen this year....I'm not even sure the 1st base player hasn't stepped off base before securing the ball. Wondering why the 'challenge and umpires referral system' is not used here in this tournament??
One of the commentators said that alo and her dad would save up money and come to the us if I’m not mistaken Hawaii is a us state so maybe she should have said to the 48’s or to the mainland

@@haleygrace8023 runner was running the bases on the baseline which is completely legal, it is on the thrower to put the ball in a better place. The OU runner did nothing wrong there. It was just a bad throw and the first basewomen almost made a really good play despite the throw being bad.
NCAA is biased. Looking at the headlines they are more excited for OU than any other team. ESPN also favors OU by their commentary. They made sure they study OU and get hyped for them and other teams who cares.
