The world record for lowest voice is only by J.D Summer for his vocal quality, the non-use of techniques and most importantly for the record in natural voice in Eb0

While JD was a great bass singer, his voice is no where near the actual lowest. Eb0 isn't even close. Tim storms has been examined to have one of if not the largest set of vocal chords on the planet. Sound waves and the pitch they create are determined by the mass and tension of an object. Since the tension is controlled by us, the only determining factor in how low someone can sing, is the mass of their vocal chords. Tim storms's vocal chords are twice the size of a normal bass singer. It makes complete and total sense that he can and does sing lower than all other people. He can sing well into the -4th or -5th octave with just his actual voice. It sounds like he's using techniques because of the sheer depth and vibration it creates in his chest and throat. There's a lot more to singing than just singing. Even techniques can be proper and cool if done right, but Tim storms is just a rare freaky case of good luck

Status: He is I’ve heard multiple records where he is tone is clearly that of a true bass and he is easily hit 1st octave notes.
Also so is roger but he definitely used for part of it a lot less then Tim but that ain’t hard to do.

Very impressive, but most use microphones and have no real timbre left in their voice when they go down. Now, the most impressive low voice I have ever heard live with still a beautiful timbre left (which should be the parameter to use in this kind of contests) and without microphone was Vladimir Pasyukov. Please look him up, singing for example "We praise Thee". That man could pierce an entire choir with his wonderful voice and still maintain color in his tone, as if God himself was speaking. You really thought the walls would be coming down any minute.

Well, Alparslan Durmuş can go as low as 25 Hz, this content needs to be updated. He can even produce 4 Hz infrasounds that cannot be heard but felt.

if someone is going to do a video on the lowest notes its a good idea to not have the background music be so dramatic and so loud. It's hard to even hear what these folks are saying, much less, the notes they are hitting.

There's 1 oktavist on TH-cam you can listen to that has a deeper voice. He sings the really low notes with more power, clarity and with a darker tone. His speaking voice is also much darker than Zlatopolsky's.
