No.123 Trains Around Werrington Junction End of June 2024 Part 1

Mostly evening clips from Cock Lane and Hurn Road. A rare daylight capture of a 'loaded with blocks' Heck Plasmor running earlier than usual was caught bouncing across Werrington Junction. More class 69's and class 60's and the usual 66's on freight.

Great stuff Mick. Some good livery variations from my company. Bet you can't wait to see 69012 "Falcon 2" on the sand or Toton to Whitemoor tripper 😉

Thank you for watching Ben. GBRf always seem to take a pride in their loco's, different liveries, good naming etc. Whatever you do, don't let Falcon out in the evening when that Peterborough to Basford Hall sand blaster passes the 6L15 Toton to Whitemoor as it will ruin the new paint. Before you were born I used to watch the original Falcon on the GN&GE Joint with unfitted coal trains to Whitemoor, Lion and Kestral also put in a few stints on those as well. I have seen Falcon 2 on TH-cam, it looks very nice, especially the crest. Some people are saying the paint looks too glossy where the original was more matt, although I cannot remember, the original may have been glossy and it was all that coal dust that toned it down.🤔 Whatever, it is a welcome addition from GBRf and I look forward to seeing it soon.

Who knows maybe Lion and Kestrel liveries next 😉
