Where did you see Nes, do you have a time reference in the video? You seem to be looking at the summary videos, maybe there's more info in the underlying detailed videos? It seems ages ago for us but we absolutely loved sailing in Norway.
@@CatGreatcircle Nes appears on minute 9:19. There seems to be a meeting of friends. The Cat, a double rudder monohull and a motoryacht. The name Nes is on the places visited at the end of the video and on a sign at the pier. Thanks again!!!
No, this was the bonfire in Ålesund the 23 of june. We celebrate the brightes day of the year. Also called St.hans evening. Everywhere in Norway, we gather together on the seaside and make a bonfire this evening. The town of Ålesund makes a real happening of having the tallest bonfire in the world.
