I love Charlie’s playing. Discovered him in early 2012 or late 2011 with his Beat it solo cover on a les Paul. Got my attention and became a favorite real quick. He does brilliant cover/tribute work.

Just saw a video where the original composer said EVH actually sat him down one day brought over a guitar and asked (the composer) how he played the lick. He said he was asking because he (EVH) had to learn the song for Wolfie and he was curious how the composers live version varied from his own. The composer said he had to admit to EVH the entire arrangement was actually done on keyboard!!!! All that said, you NAILED THIS!!!
