If I am not mistaken you can contact customer service and send receipt and photo of the product. they will ship you out a new one. you can contact Disney and explain what has happened. They like to know where and when you purchased it, and details from the receipt if you still have that. On receipts it states exchange or refund within 30 days, on presentation of the receipt, so you may need to post the item back to them with the receipt.
