    “How i became a millionaire at the age of 26” is the first financial independence video i ever watched. I still remember it vividly. It was april of 2019 my senior year of high school and Some odd power woke me up at 4am in the morning. I got ready early bought a coffee from dunkin’ donuts ($4.50 blueberry iced latte, i know graham i was uneducated at the time). I then went and watched the sunrise thinking about what i was going to do in the months to come after graduation. I then opened up youtube and graham’s video was top on my recommended and so i watched it. I have to tell you, i’ve never had such an epiphany in my life. I have never watched something and had everything just start to come together and i knew THIS IS WHAT I HAVE TO DO. I continued to watch his videos until i had to go to school. From that point forward i read rich dad poor dad, richest man in babylon and began watching everything on biggerpockets, graham’s channel, and Matt Mckeevers channel. Fast forward to now and i currently just signed my purchase and sale in my first 2 family property at 19. The value of the house is 285,000 as it stands, under contract for 233,000, and pulls in 2500 a month in rents. This is only the beginning, and i can honestly say i can single handedly thank that one video for this whole journey of financial independence. It has changed my entire life. I really hope that someday i can educate people like graham has. I’ve begun to notice just how few kids my age have no financial knowledge at all and it makes me appreciate what Graham has taught me. Some day i wish to make videos like him too.

Any of their videos are fantastic and 90% of what i know is from those 3. Then the most important thing is read Rich Dad Poor Dad by Robert K. You’re young which means you still haven’t started your own bad spending habits. These recourses and help you come out if highschool with the financial education most 40-50 year olds lack. Due to the fact that a lot of people are not financially stable this period as a result of the recent Covid-19 outbreak, cryptocurrency seems to be the best alternative for financial backup mostly when it comes to Bitcoin trading .. But my advise is for traders not just to invest and trade blindly with the wrong strategy / signals, for me trading has been so profitable because i was guided by a pro trader known as Mr Davis philips with his working strategy / daily signals which turns out to be one of the best out there. During my first month i was able to accumulate and grow my portfolio from 1.1btc to 4.076btc which you will agree is a very good profit, i will advise anyone who is willing to grow a very strong portfolio to make use of 247trades signals you can be reach via * Whatspp: (+1 6 3 0 2 9 6 4 9 5 9) Telgram @davisphilip

Personal finance topics garner the highest paying advertisers on TH-cam, plus I think a lot of youtubers say that they get more money per view as they grow larger, so Graham being big and in finance is probably in the best position in terms of earnings per views.
      But yeah, if you curse a lot or talk about topics advertisers don't wanna associate themselves with, or if you're in a topic that isn't high earning (honestly stuff like vlogs), then it doesn't pay as much

I felt your dads proud expression and love for you. In that video you showed your dad that he can put his fears to rest. This is all that any parent can hope for is that our kids will be alright long after we have left this world and that all our love and values are passed on to our kids and the hope that this will move forward in their lives and their kids kids lives. I have learned so much from your videos and have even applied them to my life (financially) to be a better steward of what God has blessed me with. I wish you and your family a very blessed New Year! Nice video, just a couple of comments regarding your design. You may want to review the IPC table 706.3. The pipe fittings used do not meet that table. Also, it is a bad practice to connect the foundation drain into the storm drainage without the use of a back flow preventer/check valve/backwater valve. Water will drain from the storm drainage system into the french drain/foundation drain system. Also, if the city's storm water system backs up it will back up into the french drain system likely causing a similar issue that existed prior to this new installation. You might consider adding a backwater valve at that connection point. The sanitary tees should also be Ys and Ys and 8th fittings. Best of luck.

    absolutely incredible from the uK. I wouldnt say I love your videos but I do find them compelling to watch and regularly watch them right through as there are often some nugget or other of info that I find useful. Congratulations on your success.

    Graham you are probably the biggest reason I started a channel because like you I had no exp. in filming nor do i have any social media presence! I've been sub to you since "sunglasses" Graham

    I would love to see you break this down to what you earned hourly. I think a lot of people who benefit from seeing just how little you made for so long and the actual number of hours you worked to get where you'r at. Your hard work is inspiring!

    I wish I could share how much I make in MY personal finance channel, these videos that you upload on your YT income were (and continue to be) an inspiration to me, I started my channel about a year ago in part because of your videos, closing in on 200K subscribers now, and the income is great. I think if I made a video it could inspire some people like yours inspired me...but living in Mexico I'm afraid I can't be so transparent with my income...safety reasons. I might be overthinking it.

    Topic suggestion: Show the math to explain why home ownership beats renting. When I bought my first house, it saved me several hundred dollars a month over what I had been paying in rent. I doubt most people understand that they can own a home cheaper than they can rent one.

    • @davidho2977
      @davidho2977 4 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      The main advantage to owning is after 15 or 30 years, you have something to show for all those payments. Downside is property tax, insurance and upkeep expenses.

    Hi, i'm french and i have been on TH-cam for some years now (like everyone) and trust me it's the first time ever i see a youtuber showing exactly what he earns.
    I don't know if it's a Taboo in the US as much as in France but i appreciate this transparency.
    Have a good day !
