    I listened to this for 2 minutes but then i gave up and went to bed.
    a few mins later my body became paralyzed and I felt vibrations throughout my body, i freaked out and gained control and got back inside my physical body but I was still paralysed.
    Im a skeptical beginner and ive only tried to project once which didnt work out at the time. This audio is powerful dude. No joke

      After reading this comment I immediately stopped playing the video! So glad I read the comments before starting to meditate.
      i’ve had many experiences with sleep paralysis whilst trying to fall asleep, and they have nearly all been really unpleasant (evil in nature). Only once have I actually just let it happen because I felt a warm kind presence. Now i’m scared to do this and go to sleep because I don’t want to experience the evil that haunted me every bad time 😂

      How do u get out of sleep paralysis stage? Only been in sleep paralysis stage once or twice though I know how, and I’ve gotten to the cusp of the actual projection once but it ended abruptly. Do I think of something in particular when in the paralysis stage?

      @@glu6567 this is also the case with me and I've asked this question, what I've been told is to relax into the sleep paralysis. Then work on exit techniques switching between techniques every 20 to 40 seconds. I am always so groggy in sleep paralysis. When I acutely become aware in paralysis I instantly try sitting up and almost strain to sit up or roll out of my body. I am actively trying to AP but I think my issue is I don't relax into the sleep paralysis FIRST. So I've been seeing the intention to either wake up in sleep paralysis, since I can set that intention strongly, because I know it can be done, (or I set the intention that "my mind will stay alert and aware when my body falls asleep" since that was the 1st intention that actually worked. Once I finally become aware again in paralysis I'm not going to strain so hard, I'm going to relax and try the sinking exit or AFTER I relax maybe try the roll out. Hope this helps at least some.

    Woah! After 5 minutes I was trying to Astral Project. Why is it that I'm always "stuck", I always pull my hands up to look at them to confirm I'm Astral Projecting but no matter how much I try, I can't pull my body out. I've tried replacing and not be over anxious but I always fail!

      I'm not that pro actually, but heard that you have to roll to the side (straight forward is to difficult, your solar plexus is holding you back). Or imagine a place at least 4 meters away your body (under 4 meters your physical body has its own gravity).

      Watch Robert Monroe's interviews and Vishuddah Das, they explain it well. Lay down, breathe, think your day, let your mind stay awake, let your body fall asleep, then try hard not to move, and just focus, when the Intense Vibrations start, just let them happen, and then after that ordeal of however long it may be, you might feel a tug on you, somewhere on your body, after that you focus on the feeling, that tug, it may feel weird, you may want to feel it physically, but don't move, try to then visualize letting go of that tug, after the pop, you should probably be in astral form.

      I recently read that any doubt or fear tethers you to your body, or if you are already out, any doubt or fear instantly throws you back in to your body. In your case the anxiousness could be what’s holding you down. Your comment is 2 years old so i’m wondering if you manages to get past the anxiety and AP properly?

      Yeah, I need the L/R frequencies too. You can configure the frequencies in a mobile app called BrainWaves.

    Idk if it's my headphones. But isn't each ear supposed to pick up a different sound. That way your left and right brain have to like work together on the same wavelength

      My headphones pick up the difference, you have to listen to only one side at a time to tell the difference. Left is deeper right side is higher

      If you can hear wobble with both sides in but not 1 side in, then they are different frequencies.

      you can listen to this for about 30 min, directly afterwards astral projection will be much easier to achieve, because the brain is already in the frequency which is associated with astral projection. Or you can try to play it on a very low volume and astral project while listening to it. All it does is to put your brain into the right frequency to astral project. The hard thing is to not fall asleep ;) good luck!

      Zane Rodriquez I practiced for a like 2 weeks after my friend told me about it and I thought it sounded cool. The 1st time I felt the vibrations is what kept me motivated, 2 weeks later and I get it. I’m floating in the corner of my room and I see my self laying there, it was really bizarre, 10 seconds later I’m back in my body with a full awareness of what just happen

      Yes, it ll make it much more difficult, plus you may have a bad 'trip' cause inexperienced persons might feel anxiety and fear. Being high may get things worse. I don't recommend it and you don't need it at all.

      @@nk8951 to me, its opposite. i become much more relaxed and my mind gets a lot calmer, so its easier for me to reach vibrations. ive never astral procjected though, ive been practising for about a month, and all i can say is that when your weed tolerance is high (when stoned you just get really lazy) it might be the key for your first oobe
