Absolutely I have had alot of trauma in childhood and have found the just being aware instruction can supress things. This is where there is the borderline between the psychology ideas. I found I like singing and music and I make my own songs up. I couldn't be without music and singing. I can't do silent meditation for too long. I need to do piano scales. I really believe in doing what you feel at the time.
There's no one, no self...its enough it's "time" to FINISHING that "TEACHING"...blah blah blah...Insisting in that endless search for what it is already....INSISTING IN THAT ENDLESS "HARD WORK SEARCHING"....BLAH BLAH BLAH...
Just like to throw something out for anyone to speculate on. Why are we having this experience we call life? Is the purpose self-realization or god-realization or the like? Is it our idea or someone else's idea? Is it just universal mind just having some fun, playing a game of hide and go seek with itself? Love to hear some replies.
