I disagree. I think louisville has a really good team. Great defense and solid offense. The missed a ton of free throws, shot poorly for 3 and their best player had a terrible game. I think they'll be fine and a tough out in March. Go cats!
I swear if the tournament didn’t get cancelled that year. This Louisville team probably would’ve won the national championship or at least went to the final four.
I think a 2nd weekend appearance was the cap for the team as it was. Recall that Malik Williams was out for the season starting with the last FSU game. The team could have still made a run, but Malik was the leader of the team and he would have been dearly missed. Fully healthy anything worse than an E8 would have been a disappointment.

NWora had a rough go of it with Kentucky the year prior in the Yum Center too. Cal put P. J. Washington on him defensively in that game and Washington put the clamps on him and held him to well under his average in that game.
