Amazing. Thank you. Looking at delving into the CloudOps Reliability Engineering space so this puts things in a clearer perspective. By the way, I might be wrong but seems I've once spotted you in Cape Town.

Hey @Adama Talks Tech, thank you so much for doing this presentation, I wish I was able to attend this webinar! I’ve been thinking of transitioning into an SRE role for a while, I’m glad to see a woman do a video on this (pretty rare on this platform). I’m currently a Junior DevOps engineer with 1 year of experience. I’m not sure if you monitor YT comments, but in case you do, I have a few questions:
    1. What kind of projects do you reckon will be good to put on your CV?
    2. How much experience should I have before transitioning into an SRE role (I have experience with ELK tools, grafana and Prometheus)?
    3. Are there Leetcode styled questions in the tech interviews?
Again, thank you for sharing this webinar, literally love your content 🙌🏾

      Hey, you're welcome!
      1. Projects that demonstrate and track the skills mentioned in the video with a heavy focus on the subjects that SREs are expected to be experts on such as monitoring & alerting. E.g Build out a monitoring system using open source tools.
      2. I don't think theres a hard rule, the more exposure technically the better but also if you have experience and feel like you have enough of an understanding and experience with the key concepts and technical requirements then have a go. Spend time sharpening your devops skills in work and in an enterprise setting and learning the SRE related skills simultaneously, try and bring them into what you do at your current position.
      3. Not always, some companies have coding questions but most technical challenges are architecting or high level troubleshooting and problem solving questions as mentioned in the webinar. Coding exercises are usually more to see you can code or script in the language you said and that you can problem solve. Not so much about specific algorithms etc.
