I have one doubt when pantavalent impurity add krte time silicon mein ek electrones bach jata hai toh wo travel karta hai but jab hum trivalent mein ek electrones bachta hai to wo holes banata hai so my question is that pantavalent mein election holes kyu nhi banata ya hum trivalent mein he ideally holes lekar kyu chal rhe hai pantavalent mein kyu nhi plz help me to my clarification...
