My uncle and I were the same way; we’re only 8 years apart. My grandparents are deceased as are my parents. Although we’re both married with our own adult children, my uncle is still my person...definitely my soft place to fall.❤️

My first word was generic in all but it’s timing. I said “dada” first….on Mother’s Day. Mom has never forgiven me and made a point of making sure my younger brother (the middle child) didn’t hear the word “dada” until he said “mama” first which was his first word. My sister just learned to say “money” as her first word and she would gesture along with it asking for cash….she understood exchange of money for goods and services very young 🤣

@@sugarxcanon5197 you know that's actually really cute and kind of relatable but it wasn't my first word and I didn't say sheep, when I was still in the womb my grand parents sent my mom a stuffed sheep and obviously gave it to me when I was born, when I could mumble baby words I would call it shee shee and the name stuck, I still have the thing to this day, it's beaten and it's eyes are replaced with buttons, it's also missing an ear but hey I have it and I give it to my little siblings whenever they need to calm down, they absolutely adore it and it makes me happy to see them love it like I did

I'm proud to say i was that crazy uncle for my niece.. I am 51 now and about a month ago my nice who is now 27 hugged me and started to cry. I thought something was wrong and my heart just sank I asked what was wrong she just said thanks for always being there when she was alone.... She is getting married NEXT WEEK so as this uncle i have so much planning to do lol lol

God this makes me miss my nephew so much! 💔 He was my little shrimp puff. He passed 3 years ago at the age of 3. He was the cutest thing ever,not to just saying that strangers use to come up and say he was the cutest,and he constantly made me laugh. WAY to smart for his own good!
