I lost my sister 8 years ago and she loves music so much. It was her 30th birthday last March 3 and I want to dedicate this song to her. This perfectly describes how I feel every time I go out for a walk and watch how the day passes by slowly. Thank you The Paper Kites. You are amazing!

It's 3.45AM tonight when I hear this song for the first time in my life. Makes me get out of bed, search for the lyrics, and decide to ask my younger daughter to play this song on the piano this weekend while I try to sing this beautiful piece... this has never happened before...
How can it be “3:45 a.m.” which means “ante meridian or morning”, and also “tonight”? Please think before you write - just in case someone mistakenly thinks you’re a MAGA flake.

Pissses me right off knowing such beautiful music is not appreciated anywhere near as much as it should be. The total dross that makes up so much of airplay is beyond me. Been a huge fan since I first heard the Woodland EP years back. The 1st time I heard "Bloom" I remember thinking i'd found a new best friend
I can't listen to this without shedding a tear. This is such a sensitive and emotional song that perfectly describes how I feel about my wife and the love we share. The couple embracing at the end always gets me right in the heart. Such a great song and kudos to The Paper Kites. If you ever wonder if your music has an impact on people, don't worry because it does.

What does one's age have to do with liking excellent music?
Been a fan of this band for 4 years now, and their music has been one of my fav company through many highs and lows of my life, simply because not only their sounds echoes to right tune of many intimate emotions we all feel inside, but the sheer simplicity in their lyrics that are no short of depths in really knowing how it feels in every 'story of their songs'.. And that is not easy, these guys are talented in storytelling and their music is genuinely felt by many. Taking a moment to appreciate all of your hard work and sharing with us your music - at times, any one of your songs could have been the best company we all need to just feel a bit better and understood when no one else could understand. 🌹 Another wonderful song too! I was lucky enough to go to one of these shows at the Roadhouse last year in the dead of winter in Central Victoria. Cannot wait for this album to drop, the new songs are we were treated to were flawless.

The day, that time, in that place I said to myself to not hurt and leave this girl in front of me no matter what happen, is also the day shes thinking of leaving me she said that to me in message, she said she no longer have a feeling with me that time. That place was our first met after lock down of covid and that was also our last, she leave me without an explanation. And after almost 2 years I can still hear her voice fresh and sweet, I still know how she laugh, smile and teases me.
Loving true someone is scary because you can't unlove someone it never gone, it still occupies so much of space within your chest locked up or covered by pain, anger or bitterness. You can't get their scent out, can't unlearn their name and forget what it felt all of the happy memorise. It never stay Gone.
