Hey, it's me, Likas. This video took a lot of effort and I hope you guys enjoyed it. Next season, season 4 on the slots smp, is going to be a BANGER. Right now I have 3.6k subs, so not too much pressure with uploads. Aside from video content, I haven't had much time to make/edit videos with a bunch of school but I've still been grinding! I've made some quick tutorials on my second channel, Twokas, and actually was featured on@rekrap2's youtube channel. Sure it was in the description... but I mean it was pretty cool nonetheless. The video that was linked got a bonus 200 or so views, so that's always great to hear :)

1:27 You could have said you forgot to remove it and that he should just remove it himself. You can make code with invisible characters. I don’t know if it works with datapacks but you could make a decoder or even something that lets you send commands in game maybe by writing them on a sign because you don’t want any weird chat messages in the logs.
As a reason for the /op thing being there you could say that you were testing it on someone else’s server and your friend there deopped you to annoy you a little so you added that.

1:20 Why did you not write a plugin in Java? It's literally in plaintext. Wring a plugin could make it a lot harder to see what it's doing. And you could have some kind of custom cipher that takes non printable ascii characters, transforms it, and then uses that. That way just printing out the strings in the jar file, or through looking at the code, it wouldn't say "op ". Which is very obvious to spot. You could also use existing strings in the plugin, for example you may have a string saying who made it, and you can put your username there, and then from some other string you can grab the letters "op". Also, literally writing out that you set the operator status of someone is very obvious, so it's better to add in an intentional bug, or some code that looks like it doesn't do anything special, but actually does it.
Also, it's better to have the plugin do things for you, rather than setting you as op, as seeing that you were set as op is very easy to see.
The ultimate backdoor would be giving yourself actual console access... but that might be taking it a bit far. As this is only a block game.

The reason i didn't use a plugin was because this was a fabric server, plus I have no idea how lol- but this is actually really interesting! If I ever get another chance to get op, I'll definitely try to do this! Thanks ❤

If you wanna keep op, you could place a purple command block, set it to always active then set: op {name}. Works with /pardon {name} too

found an exploit a while back that you could have some fun with, you can do an execute command in a command block to do a command as though it was from that player, whats great is that works with op and ban commands
so basically, repeating command block, /execute as [opped player] op [your player name]
and this will still give you op, breaking that minecraft thing of command blocks can't give you op, so as long as you can get a command block through the backdoor then your not relying on it to keep your op. whats better is that in the consol it will just read that an admin gave you op, or heck change the command so the admin is the one doing the commands you want, still suspicious but less so then you doing it
funny, i found this out when trying to do fun tp stuff, since the command can tp a player baised on where they are to create seemless teleports instead of teleporting them to a specific point

I wonder how bad does it do to place 2 command blocs in a row... (of course placing severals copies of that setup in hidden locations)... one say "/tp player named X to 0,0,0" ( i know that a 1 tic repeat command block that /tp someone is realy powerfull) and the second one say "kill player named X" (/kill kill even creative mode players preventing them to use the chat to enter commands) and set thoses command blocs in a 0.5 sec repeat mode... (assuming that X is the name of the admin of the server)... is there a way for an admin to be cought in a loop of beeing unable to free himself??? Unable to do anything??? UNABLE TO ATTEND TO HIS SERVER??? (I do not know if there is a limit to how many "alt accounts" someone can have or if an admin must be "in-game" to be able to enter or dismiss commands or reset chunks)... i guess he can... but only if he disable command blocs activity from outside the game... is there a way to ask a command block to affect a player if you only know his ip adress and not his pseudo or his alt pseudos??? (Exemple: /ban player who have ip adress 763.258.997.693)... (using the game mechanics to create a internal "black list" independent of the server security)
