    Thank you so much. This will help. Will it eventually improve so I don’t have to do it any more. I don’t understand if I can get completely better and back to my normal 🤔. Your encouragement is very helpful though ❤

    Thank you for this video. I have tmj issues and have a very painful platysma muscle. Do I just do a massage and atretch?

    Thanks for your advice. I am suffering from synkiness for almost 3 years. No one is bothered about me. I am totally depressed how to get recover from synkiness

    Hi maam. Its been 8 months since i got bells palsy. I have synkenisis. And my nose and lips doesnt work like before. I do exercise daily. But my recovery is very slow. Will it get recovered? What more should i do?
