I hate seeing terrible Ndola roads like Lupili & Vitanda because I know nice Ndola roads used to look like during KK’s days. The terrible High or no see through walls were rarely seen.
I can only imagine what the roads looked like in the late 80s and early 90s: the city must have looked really beautiful. This part of the city, in particular, probably has some of the most roads in really bad shape. I do hope there are plans to work on them. You are right about the "high /no see through roads": even Ndola has not been spared [...]
